Sara Sardine is a dazzler, slip streaming in all her silver. Her family are packed and ready, water babies forming a shimmering rainbow as they swim south to warmer seas.

Sara Sardine is made from a blue herringbone tweed with a pale turquoise head and tail. She has a needle felted rainbow on her back and her scales have been free motion embroidered with silver thread. Her eye is made from an abalone and a black resin button.She is appliqued onto a stunning abstract blue limited edition cotton batik fabric. 

Sara Sardine measures 18 x 7cm 

The messenger bag is charcoal black and designed to be worn over the shoulder. It closes with a press stud fastening. It is made from 100% recycled materials, using salvaged waste from organic cotton clothing and fibre made from recycled plastic bottles.

Measurements:  36 wide x 40cm high with a 4cm wide gusset with an 80cm long strap.

As my birds are handmade there might be slight differences to the one in the picture. All bags are made to order and may take up to a week to complete.
