“Tiny Jenny Wren flits from tree to tree, her tail upright waiting for her singing partner to arrive. Then the duet begins, the smallest of birds with the biggest of voices. Calling your attention with her loud, trembling song. Look away and she’s gone.”

Jenny Wren is made from Yorkshire herringbone and checked tweed. She has a beady little black resin button eye. The details of her face have been needle felted from natural merino fibres. The layers of fabric have been appliquéd together and backed with black felt. She fastens with a 2.5cm silver tone bar brooch back.

She measures  approximately 7 x 6cm.
